PROCESSING TIMES

As all products are handmade in small batches, please allow 3–7 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. During launches, seasonal collections and busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

DELIVERY METHODS

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail or other selected courier services.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays outside of our control.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details entered at checkout are correct.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

Once your order has been dispatched, The Scented Cove is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
