Due to the handmade and hygiene nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items, including cosmetic and personal care products.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photographs of the item(s) and packaging
We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

Wax melts and home fragrance products that have been used

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where applicable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
